Ravinala Airports received the award: Runner-up in the "Digital Communication & Engagement Awards 2026" competition, category "Digital Innovation and Community Engagement" from ACI Africa or Airports Council International Africa.ACI Africa brings together African airports and represents their interests at the continental and international levels. This result is the fruit of thorough work and creativity in communication and digital innovation to strengthen community engagement both internally and externally, and to improve and facilitate the passenger experience. This award encourages us to work even harder on passenger tranquility and the development of positive relationships with the entire community. Ravinala Airports becomes the first airport manager in the category of less than 2 million passengers to receive this distinction, and in the overall ranking, it ranks second among African airports, just behind Egypt (airport in the category of over 20 million passengers). Congratulations to all the teams at Ravinala Airports for this achievement.

Ravinala Airports Hosts the ADRASEC General Assembly

Ravinala Airports hosted the General Assembly of ADRASEC (Association des Radiotransmetteurs de la Sécurité Civile) on January 24 at Nosy Be International Airport, providing a useful forum for collaboration and discussion on emergency response and safety. This meeting is a component of an ongoing, active collaboration, as demonstrated by a number of tangible initiatives implemented throughout 2025, such as:In March 2025, a technological facility was built at the summit of Mont Passot.Training provided by SPT teams to municipal firefighters and airport employees (June–July 2025),The ultrasound equipment donated by Dr. Georgin,Equipment provided by the Hell-Ville fire department,ADRASEC’s involvement in the November 2025 airport emergency drill,and a 10 million Ariary grant given to ADRASEC by Ravinala Airports in 2025.
