Ravinala Airports was honoured to receive, on the 30th of April, 2019, an important delegation led by the new President of the World Bank, Mr. David MALPASS, the Minister of Transport, Tourism and Meteorology, Mr. Joël RANDRIAMANDRANTO, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Richard RANDRIAMANDRATO, the representatives of the World Bank in Africa and the CEO of Air Madagascar. The delegation was able to assess the work progress of the future international terminal at the airport of Antananarivo. The finishing works are currently in progress and the commissioning is planned for 2020. The new terminal will be able to accommodate around 1.5 million passengers per year with an area of 17,500sqm. Today, the combined national and international terminals are 9,700sqm. This project is an unprecedented one that will benefit from tourism and development of Madagascar.
